When I was 13, in the middle of my Physics lesson, I wrote my first play titled "Whimsical Week" which was based on the basic idea in the film Freaky Friday, but the twist in mine was the teacher and student exchanged lives for a week. It was put up at my school's Annual Day and from then on there was no stopping me. (Click Here to read about my personal venture into theater)

Being a hard-working and a responsible team player, Tower personally requested me to operate lights for their next production of 'Bloody Poetry' which played at the Bridewell Theater in May, 2012.

Working in Tower was great! I met like-minded artists, who I have worked with on their own personal projects. I Assistant Production Designed and operated lights for PorkPie Dance Theater on their ballet "Mum, What's my gam?" as part of the dance show RESOLUTION! staged at The Place in January 2013.

While in London, I have engaged myself in Theater gaining my first experience in Stage Management when I Assistant Stage Managed Tower Theater's production of 'Baba Shakespeare' (April-May 2012, The Arcola; July RSC, Stratford)

My experience in theater is not limited to this. While on my gap year between 2009-2010, I was hired by Oakridge International School -one of India's most reputed international schools in Hyderabad to direct their Annual Founder's day play.Aged just 18 (going on 19!) I was their youngest director to date and successfully put up an adaptation of Aladdin. The play is still talked about today! I have made a long standing connection with the school and since have been invited to teach, conduct workshops and judge theater competitions with the kids. For a reference, please click HERE
